The Carson Valley in Minden Nevada was the host to the 18th
annual Rhymer’s Rodeer. Organizers Kay and Ernie Fanning put together
an annual celebration of the American Buckaroo and tribute to Nevada.
The show featured Richard Elloyan, Joyce Vetter and Rush Creek and was
emceed by Macavoy Lane as Mark Twain. What a night! From the antics and
stories of Mark Twain, the rich melodies of Richard and Joyce to the toe
tappin’ foot stompin’ bluegrass sounds of the Orange Blossom Special it
should not be missed!
